About this collection
A search bar animation shows the exact moment someone looks something up, which is why it carries so many product demos. This collection covers three versions of that moment: web search bars with a magnifier, a mic, a cursor that clicks in, and a suggestion list dropping open; AI prompt bars in ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, OpenAI, and Google inspired styles with send arrows, a sparkle, and a compass mark; and platform search for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and WhatsApp, where a handle types in and the profile result appears as a card or inside a phone frame. Every look comes as an After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve project, or as a drag and drop overlay for any editor that reads transparent clips.
How to use a search bar animation
- Pick web, AI, or platform search. A magnifier and a suggestion list read as Google or a site search. A send arrow and a sparkle icon read as an assistant. A platform bar with a profile result reads as someone looking you up on Instagram or TikTok.
- Download the file for your editor. Project files keep the query editable. The drag and drop version is a flattened transparent clip for any editor that reads alpha. Search Bar with Cursor Click is free if you want to test one first.
- Type your query and match the cut. Replace the placeholder query or handle with your own, then time the click and the result reveal to the line you are saying over it.
